Some say that it would be better if the majority of employees worked from home instead of travelling to workplace everyday . Do you think the advantages of working from home outweigh the disadvantages?

Many individuals believe that it is a good thing whether most workers do
work
at
home
rather than to visit at the workplace . In my opinion ,
work
from
home
is more beneficial not only to
employees
and employers but
also
to the country ,
therefore
this
essay outweighs its drawbacks . On the one hand , there are so many benefits of working from
home
. The
first
and foremost is for the country as
this
development reduces the amount of pollution in metros .
In other words
,
employees
will not travel to their office , if they
work
at
home
, so that they do not use their private vehicles because it emits co2 in the atmosphere ,
consequently
, it improves the air pollution. Another profit to the employee , they
work
at their own pace as well as it gives flexible working hours .
Additionally
, they give their hand in households chores because it saves their time So they maintain a
work
-life balance .
Moreover
, employers can get benefits from that
Such
as it reduces their expenses on office infrastructure , technological pieces of equipment and other utility bills . On the flip side , if
employees
work
from
home
, they will get more disturbance by family members and others , so that they do not concentrate on their
work
and it directly impacts on the productivity of job .
Second
to employers , as there is no physical contact between them ,
therefore
they do not keep eye on labourers ' activities . In conclusion ,
work
from
home
brings freedom for
employees
, cost-effective for managers and decrease the pollution level in metropolitan , though it creates interruptions for workers and doesn't observe them by their seniors ; in my ,view
this
essay's advantages outweigh its disadvantages .
