Small Businesses Should Avoid Recruiting Young Women Who Do Not Have Their Own Family In Order To Avoid Paying Maternity Leave. To what extend do you agree or disagree

Earned maternity leaves are the rights of women of reproductive age.Companies should entitle these special leaves for their workforce who falls in
this
category. Some economists argue that developing industries should not hire females who may require maternal benefits as
this
may cause a huge financial burden for them.
This
essay completely disagrees with the above-mentioned view.Reasons for my disagreements are
firstly
gender inequality in the selection and
secondly
loss of great talents for employers. On the one hand ,discrimination in the selection process is against the law of land.If a company opts to single out an applicant just because she is single and young is not following regulations of the employment code of ethics.Any differentiation other than sheer talent is not recommended in many countries.
For example
,European Union passed multiple ordinances to ensure gender equality in the workplace.
Although
this
practice is still prevalent in many small scale industries. One of the latest reports in The Guardian newspaper illustrates the extends of
this
issue.
In addition
to that, declining female applicants on the basis of their marital status and age may cause a major setback for that firm. Many highly efficient girls could not get jobs because of
this
faulty decision by managers.
This
in turn affects the business of that small scale industries.
However
,many directors are still continuing
this
trend.
For instance
,many companies in the UK still not hiring young females. To sum
this
up,gender or age should not be the factors while considering an applicant. In my point of view the performance of individual matters more than any other criteria.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
