These days some people suffer from lack of sleep which having problems in their lives .sleep is one of the subsets of human health that more or less may harm human health, so in
this
essay, I will explain its problems and solutions with examples.

of all, stress is one of the main reasons for lack of sleep. If you have permanent anxiety every night will disrupt your sleep cycle, which is one of the factors of insomnia.

In inclusion, in my point of view, we need to have a regular sleep plan and enough sleep in life; by doing exercise and having enough sleep at least seven hours which are pivotal factors, we will have a healthy life without stress in the long run.
