There are split opinions about decision making in the company for a better future of the empire. Some people believe that higher authorities take the final call for the company improvements whereas another group of thinkers support that every individual who works for the organisation should include in the taking decision.
To conclude, there are many supporters of the latter view but my arguments prove that managers are there to take decisions by managing the whole unit is the appropriate way to deal with the situation.

Linking words are very important in your essay.
To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.
Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.
In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.
