. Amid my exceptional career, applying for a Master’s degree with the Chevening opportunity is my cognizant path for the

next

two years. I am eager to gain

, and absorb the international expertise, and initiate and implement the UK effective and long-lasting law reforms. To fully comprehend the ideas and the morale, and to

and expertise. Throughout my leadership career, I consistently challenged myself with the question: what is the future of the post-Soviet Union republic, Kazakhstan? Since it newly gained independence, it was as a freshly born eagle, unclear with the wind’s direction but determined to fly, there are still many challenges to tackle and systems to strengthen. As I was integrating and implementing a 2017 reform that protects the Kazakhstan’s citizens against police, I fully comprehended my capability and desire to continue implementing reforms for the benefit of the people. The people’s safety, rights and protection are an equation for a sound and prosperous state. For

reason, I have chosen the leading and academically challenging universities in the UK: the LLM programme in the

As I researched the offered program’s courses, I automatically pictured myself attending XXX courses at Oxford, The Use of Military Force at Reading

of York. It would be a dream come true to attend these classes, to develop a comradery with the fellow students, and to gain theoretical and professional

knowledge

from the renowned professors. Each of these programmes are exceptional, but the programme at XX is my top choice. Situated in the heart of UK’s cultural and international gem, is attracting me with its excellent research focus on transforming communities locally and globally. And I am eager to strengthen my

education

and gain

knowledge

of establishing reforms upon my return to Kazakhstan.
