job
. in the course of the essay, I will discuss what is needed for
job
interest
and the expectation level of
job
interest
in jobholders.
To begin
with, those important points which need a person gratified
job
. The
first
and main factor involved is that jobholder
interest
if a person got a
job
which he likes or if he does not get it and want to pursue as a hobby.
This
kind of
job
gives satisfaction to an individual and
also
he will get much higher achievements to
this
job
although
in
this
job
he will not get other benefits. The
second
factor is involved which is in the shape of salary or medical and children education benefits. If an individual got
this
kind of thing which realise his anxiety of illness and his children future.
Secondly
, in
this
world, it is impossible that each person happy with his
job
. Each
job
needs a particular quality in a worker or
job
holder. in recent years
jobs
are shifted to the technical field and to the computer. A significant number of people want to do these
jobs
but they do not have experience of
this
kind of
job

it is based on
interest
or benefits and not all of them get in his
