At present, the majority of people complain that they face difficulties in getting a comfortable sleep at night that have become a true fact due to the modern lifestyle changes and as per the healthy lifestyle practitioners, exposure to
this
disorder in long term can lead to severe living conditions. In today’s life routine it has been a trend to stay up till midnight and engage with activities
such
as watching movies, playing video games, attending parties, or scrolling through social media. Especially it can commonly be seen in the young generation that they are so reluctant to go sleep early and it has become a habit to spend hours at an LCD screen before going to the bed.
This
unhealthy pattern leads to having difficulties in sleeping routines. For an instance, a group of medical researchers has been found that the waves releasing from any electronic device
such
as mobile phones, computers can directly be impacted on a person's brain if those are been used just before bedtime and it will cause abnormal sleeping patterns. To overcome, it is highly recommended to stay away from those LCD screens at least one hour before your bedtime and utilize
this
time to be relaxed by listening to music or reading a book.
In addition
, people can engage with some physical exercises on regular basis, so that your body will feel the tiredness and you will compel to sleep at night rather than engaging in some other activities.

, exposure to unhealthy habits in long term will definitely affect your psychological health. To conclude, It is so important, that every human should get sufficient sleep at night in order to maintain a healthy life.
