Some people think that managers alone should make decisions in the company, while others think that employees should be involved in the decision-making process too. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

“The
company
is like a big clock, and clock works properly when all gears move synchronically”. – from “The Incredibles”. I am sure that everyone who watched The Incredibles can surely say who spoke out these words. It was Bob’s (one of the movie’s main characters) Boss’s expression about Bob’s extraordinary behavior at his job. Undoubtedly, he was right.
Company
means a collaboration of many coworkers working on certain project, which means that all principal stuff in the organization has to work together for the greater results. To reach
such
result every person should be doing his own specific tasks: for
employees
they are paper work and documentation checking, while for
managers
they are looking at the
company
’s current state. At
this
point people divided in thoughts. Ones say that if
managers
spectate at
company
’s state, they
also
must make all
decisions
in the
company
, while others say that
decisions
must be made by all
company
members including
employees
.
Employees
’ job varies depending on contract’s content, but in each contract, there is no point about making
decisions
. So, what does it mean? Does it mean that
this
duty lays on
managers
? So, let’s know. According to information from internet,
managers
’ job includes: planning and promoting the daily schedule of
employees
and the business, interview, hire, and coordinating
employees
, and no point about decision making, which means making
decisions
is not their primary business.
Nonetheless
, in order to make close-knit team, they make exception and help their junior comrades by taking all duty to themselves.
Managers
respect their
employees
and always search a way to improve their condition, so
this
is why they do not mention the problem of decision making. Every person can be a manager, which means you have to be able to make
decisions
for all
company
’s sake.
