Full-time university students need to spend a lot of time studying. Some people think it is essential for university students to be involved in other activities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is indisputable that academic students should put a lot of effort into exam preparation. Some argue that they should
also
be more focused on the other activities. In the essay, I tend to agree with my point.
Firstly
, the academic student has set a long-term goal in order to succeed in their career as well as life. Basically, they need to dedicate most of their time to prepare for their examination.
In addition
to that, they need to be referred to a lot of books from their syllabus.
As a result
, will get a white-collar job and get a reputation from society. If the student has to juggle multiple tasks, they may fail in the examination and lose good opportunities. Studies suggest that educated people are more likely to be successful and have self-esteem so, education plays a vital role.
On the other hand
, students can be participating in the extra curriculum activities like involving in social welfare, outreach program, and mentor the kids.
For example
, if they chose to mentor the kids, they might be acquiring the new knowledge of leadership skills and it will
also
inspire others as role models as well.
Moreover
, they will outside world knowledge like to interact with a new person and
this
will be a value add to their career as brownie points. In my view, students need to 100% focus on their studies to be successful in their career and get good job opportunities based on the merits. Academic scores are rock-solid foundations that are always a gateway to pursue higher studies or land on their desire job.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
