An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their own poor countries to work in developed countries . what problems does this cause . what can be done to deal with this situation.

A great number of highly educated
professionals
like doctors and teachers migrating to developed
countries
,leaving behind unprivileged
countries
for work in
such
countries
which causes lots of problems in their native places ,I am going to elaborate problems and solutions for
this
notion in
this
essay. Brain drain is the win-win condition for the developed counties as they are getting readymade
professionals
without spending any penny for their training and
education
from underdeveloped
countries
which in fact becoming a suicidal condition for those underprivileged nations as they are losing well-trained individuals as well funding which spends on their training. The ratio of
professionals
to citizens gets going up with decreasing quality of care and
education
in these
countries
. some of those migrants send money back home for their families and invest in local communities which is a positive impact on the home side. the solution to stop
this
immigration is to offer better remuneration in local
countries
as well as taking bond for working in the country for 5 or 7 years after completion of training,
further
allowing those
professionals
working in foreign
countries
during their vacations or part-time with their present job in the native country,
additionally
big fines and total recovery of
education
funds from migrating netizens. On the other ,hand developed
countries
should invest a large sum of money for developing infrastructure in those poor nations and in ,addition they can send their faculties as a visiting trainer in
such
countries
which improve their standard of
education
. These are some points which I can suggest at
this
point and keep them updating in the future
