In most countries, there is an age limit at which people are permitted to drive, but no age limit for drivers. Some experts have proposed that drivers be aged between 20 to 70. Why they have proposed that? What are the drawbacks of this proposal?

It is clear that in modern life a lot of countries have an
age
limitation for
drivers
licence and have no
such
restrictions for driving. Some people think that it is false and the driver's
age
should be between 20 and 70, but others disagree. I support the
second
opinion. Like all things in the world,
this
one has a positive and negative side. In
this
essay, I will describe the drawbacks of
this
proposal, but
also

drivers
do not have an
age
limit is the proficiency of
drivers
. It is clear that children's ability to study and their memory is better than adults.
For example
, if a boy or a girl likes mechanics, cars and different types of machines,
this
child, naturally, would be interested in driving from his or her childhood.
However
, of course, it should be a child with the
age
of 14.
Furthermore
, there are a lot of disadvantages to
this
proposal.
Firstly
, a person before 20 has not developed psychologically for
such
activity. It may seem funny and easy but driving is a big stress for the human organism. The
car
's driving requires a huge amount of concentration and attention. Whereas children do not have
such
internals. The psychologist Andrew Stavrinskiy said that teenagers may seem to be adults, but they are mentally immature. And it can cause for their mental health. The
second
disadvantage of the point that there is not a limitation for the
age
of
drivers
is the growing number of
car
accidents. As I wrote before, children are not mentally developed for
this
activity, the same situation is occur with people under 70. They can lose control and make
