Is it the government's responsibility to assist people to learn?

There are various things that I want to learn, but French is the one that

 pops into my mind. Nowadays, everyone in my country can speak English fluently, so it is a big trend to learn 3 languages among people. I plan to go to a private French institute 3 times a week after work and I have to say I really looking forward to it. There are some reasons why I want to learn

Firstly
, it is useful. I can use it when I travel to Europe, especially France, and communicate with local people there.
Also
, it is beneficial for my future career. Many organizations want people with good
language
 skills, so I can have a higher chance of being promoted. Not only that, I can feel a sense of achievement. Learning a
language
 takes a lot of time and effort, so I could get frustrated sometimes, but I would feel very proud of myself and I will master the
language
 sooner or later if I give my all.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format. A great argument essay structure may be divided to four paragraphs, in which comprises of four sentences (excluding the conclusion paragraph, which comprises of three sentences).

    • Sentence 4 - Conclusion
  • Paragraph 3 - Second supporting paragraph
    • Sentence 1 - Topic sentence
    • Sentence 2 - Example
    • Sentence 3 - Discussion
    • Sentence 4 - Conclusion
  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
