You recently spent a night in a hotel and had to put up with a great deal of noise very early in the morning because of a faulty central heating system. The manager promised to contact you regarding compensation but you still haven't heard from him. Write a letter to the hotel. I am writing with regards to the complaint about I had stayed one night to you hotel on 20th September, meanwhile my family members have not slept very well due to your central heating system noise, starting the noise exact time of early morning 21st September.
You could remember, I did a complaint about our troubles in your hotel when I checkout on 21st. You agreed to my complaint and you said that our management will give the compensation for
