A big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree? Provide relevant examples if necessary.

It is often argued that there are more advantages in having a good salary over happiness in our occupation, even if that means being unhappy at it. Others claim that the importance of being satisfied with your job and in a satisfactory environment is more important than the money we could make from it. In
this
essay, we will focus on the reasons why having job satisfaction is more necessary than money.
First
, it is important to mention that the main reason why people choose a job for its payment is that they have too many debts, those could be student loans, a family to maintain, or simple living expenses.
However
, there has been proved that if an individual is working on something enjoyable and with people that share the same passion, the results could be outstanding.
For example
, when a musician is working with a music production company recording and mixing audios, the final year results of the performance of that employee will be better than if that person is performing an accountant's work for a travel company.
Furthermore
, no matter how high a payment can be, when someone is miserable in a work environment the consequences outweigh the advantages.
For instance
, when working on something we do not enjoy, the deterioration in our mental health will lead to some serious medical conditions like depression, social pressure, or anxiety. What is more, the personal and professional growth of that labourer will be significantly damaged. All things considered, I strongly believe that being happy in our jobs is crucial. We only have one life and one chance to be happy doing something we enjoy, no quantity of money on earth should be a reason to sacrifice it.
