The number of people who are at risk of serious health problems due to being overweight is increasing. What is the reason for growth in overweight people in society? How can this problem be solved?

Obesity has become a growing & major concern in all countries. Poor lifestyle habits
such
as consuming junk & fried foods,
lack
of
exercise
are some of the prominent reasons for the growth in the number of obese
people
in
society
.
Firstly
,
people
are neglecting their health and are concentrating more on their careers and are being back of money.
This
is making them work for longer hours and due to
lack
of sufficient time to prepare
food
at home , they end up eating outside daily. Often, restaurants do not use healthy ingredients for preparing
food
. They overuse oil and the
food
served won't be very fresh. Consuming
such
food
daily will obviously lead to

in cholesterol in the body leading to fat deposition. Along with that, most
people
also
smoke tobacco & consume alcohol, which
further
worsens their health.
Secondly
,
exercise
is not being included in their daily schedules. They tend to skip the
exercise
and in turn spend their time binge-watching or on other works.
Lack
of movement makes the fat burning process very slow and it leads to fat accumulation near all vital organs.
People
who are following
such
unhealthy habits for longer times usually become victims of obesity. There are very simple solutions to
this
problem. Importantly, awareness must be bought in the
society
by the government & other officials regarding the hazards of being overweight. Individuals must make sure to include healthy vegetables and fruits in their diet. Eating outside and binge eating must be reduced.
Exercise
should be made mandatory in their schedules.
Exercise
not only helps to make the body fit but is
also
very essential to release stress and being happy. Happy hormones are usually released by the body when exercising which helps the mind to be calm & fresh. Children should be taught the effects of being overweight from their childhood which helps them to be very careful. When everyone starts to be mindful of what they are eating the health issues will reduce and
society
will be disease-free. To sum it up, overeating and
lack
of
exercise
are some of the vital reasons for the increase in diseases in
society
. Public awareness, mindful eating habits & daily
exercise
are the best & easy solutions to help curb these cases in the future
