On a recent holiday, you lost a valuable item. Fortunately, you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost. Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter: describe the item you lost explain how you lost it tell the insurance company what you would like them to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter with reference to claiming my travel insurance for the jewellery lost during my recent holiday in the Maldives. My name is Farhana Jabeen and my Insurance Member Id is 02191890. My family and I travelled to the Maldives on the 22nd of October for vacation and lost a handbag containing gold jewellery,
such
as a necklace and a pair of earrings on the 29th of October. We were staying at Hotel Marriot for about 7 days. While we were packing to return, we went to a local market to shop.
However
, I did realize that my bag was missing and I believe that either it might have been genuinely lost or stolen.
Therefore
, I notified the regional authorities and filed an official complaint. Unfortunately, we were not able to retrieve the items. I would like to request you to process my insurance claim for the above-mentioned lost items. Attached is the detailed value of each piece of jewellery and other relevant information. Please contact me if you need any
further
details. Thank you in advance. Yours faithfully, Farhana Jabeen
