A high number of schools consider their uniform mandatory for students, whereas others allow a casual dress code. In my perspective, the advantages of a relaxed dress code outweigh the disadvantages for numerous reasons.

Responding to the issue, I tend to believe that social skills play a more essential role than academic ones because social skills such as adaptability and resilience skills may have profound impact on employees’ productivity.
