You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course.

Dear Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my gratitude for the
course
which I recently completed at your institute about a fortnight ago. The
course
had taught me very easy methods to prepare meals quickly. I must admit that after completing
this
course
which was for four weeks. I felt that time passed so swiftly while learning those skills at the institute. I loved to make Italian desserts and
also
got to know how to chop meat quick and easily. I
also
learned there how to make different types of desserts made from vanilla and dark chocolates. Apart from that, very soon after completing the
course
. I had to throw a party for my sister's birthday, making a few meals for our friends and family. They were so overwhelmed by the Italian dishes which I served. I want to suggest that if the school can consider offering a South Indian dishes
course
also
. Again, I'd like to convey my thanks to the institute and the students who made me
such
a good cook. Thanks and Regards Vrushal chotaliya
