Dear Stephen, I’m writing to you to suggest some solutions to your housing issues that I had experienced before. I used to live in the centre of the city on Lord Street in a sublet house where I’d suffered a lot as their lifestyle did not match with mine.
In addition
, there were no cooking facilities as my meal was included with my rent. In my opinion, the best way for a student is to stay with other students, which could assist them to discuss their subject if they are from the same discipline, and their living-style is the same. In a privately rented house, the meal could be an issue unless you know how to do cooking. I’ll advise you not to travel to a real estate agent, which can cost you a lot of money,
although
 you may be unaware when you start with them.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format.     • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
