Recently you issued a cheque to someone, but when that person presented the cheque to the bank, it was returned with these words ‘Returned for lack of sufficient funds”. You are sure that there is sufficient balance in your account. -Write a letter to the bank manager. In your letter, -give him particulars about your cheque -tell him that the cheque has bounced for no valid reason -request him to look into the matter

Dear Mr John
I am writing
this
letter to request you to look into the matter of the bounced cheque
.I had issued one cheque
on the 24th of March to my landlord. This
was the first
time I experienced such
a thing from your bank
.
I have two accounts in your HSBC bank
, the somajiguda branch. From one account
,I wrote a cheque
for fifteen thousand rupees and the cheque
flyer number is 234567.I am sure that both my bank
accounts ,one of which is a saving account
,hold more than thirty thousand rupees.I am always notified by the bank
through messages when the saving account
reaches below five thousand level.
I believe that cheque
bounced without a reason.I had to pay my rental dues to my landlord for the month of April.Since he was going to his hometown,he had entrusted his son to encash the money for his travelling. When the person presented the cheque
to the tiller,he was notified that the account
had no balance and hence
the cheque
was returned.This
was really embarrassing for me.Furthermore
,I have good relations with him.
I want to know the reason behind this
and could greatly appreciate it if you can find out and let me know, whether the mistake was from my side or from yours.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours sincerely
