, the bed in the master room is missing one leg and I am afraid it would not be safe to sleep. After we toured the whole house, we found that the main gate handle is broken and unable to be locked.
We are disappointed about the whole house and my parents were upset about it. I am wondering if it would be possible for you to refund the deposit and rent that has been paid to you.
I hope you understand that it is not easy for a family just to move to a different city. Please let me know whether you could do the refund. Thanks!
