To begin
with, I went to the restaurant
on a busy night but I had made my reservation three days earlier. However
, when I arrived at the restaurant
and asked for my table, I was answered that there was no reservation on my name. That is
untrue because I have the confirmation email on my phone.
Moreover
, I waited an hour and a half to be given a table which was just next
to the kitchen and everybody there was yelling. I found that extremely unpleasant as I went there to have a meal and relax.
To make matters worse, the behavior
of the hostesses and waitresses was deeply offensive. They were extremely rude as I asked if there was another table that we could possibly get. They even attempted to kick us out of the Change the spelling

because we wanted to talk to the manager.
As you can see, I am really upset about what happened there. I must insist that I receive a full refund of my meals there that night, in addition
to written apologies from the staff which was working this
shift.
