Some people say that completing University education is the best way to get a job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills are important Discuss both sides and give your opinion

Getting a
job
among the pool of talents is considerably struggling but overcoming all these hurdles and attaining a
job
matters most.
However
, it is argued by a few that the effective
way
to secure a better profession is finishing graduation, whereas others say that having work
knowledge
and ability is far more significant. Let us discuss both arguments and arrive at a conclusion. On the one hand, the former
group
opines that having certified by an eminent institution gives a lot of opportunities. The proper guidance of each subject gives them in-depth
knowledge
and it will be useful for a person's career. After succeeding in their exams they will be getting opportunities from their colleges as well. Campus recruitment ,

to get a
job
through studies.
Therefore
, the supporters of
this
group
advocate that the finest
way
to get the desired
job
is by accomplishing proper education.
On the other hand
, the
second
group
argues that without work experience and expertise none can succeed in a career. A trained individual does not require a detailed explanation when they get into a new atmosphere. Perhaps they have quite well
knowledge
about tasks as they have done it past few years. So that an organisation requires minimum cost for
such
talents. Some well-trained employees may not need an additional educational qualification to shine in their career, their competency level proves he is worth it for the company.
For instance

may have expertise in current market techniques and target achievements. Having analysed both these views, it can be concluded that, there are certain benefits when we look for work experiences ,
however
, in my opinion, the former
group
which supports through education system one find a

is considerate to be the effective
way
.
Moreover
, the on-

training is time-consuming and if shows better results compared to fresh passed out individuals who need ground-level training and need time to acquire the skills.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
