I would like to complain about the inconvenience was faced by all staff members during the meeting. The annual event was held on 8 January for discussing the growth of the company but the whole function went wrong.

, our delicates joined the meeting from foreign countries through the internet unfortunately, the internet service was not worked properly. I complained to the hotel staff to fix this
issue but they were enabled to make it good. It created a bad impact of the company on our foreign clients. Most of the investors didn't take part in this
event.

embarrassment in upcoming future events and I appreciate your dedication because the other hospitality of the hotel is overall good.
