Some people say that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or work in a foreign country. others say that these are not the only reasons why someone should learn a foreign language. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

The majority of
people
believe that learning another
language
is worthwhile. Not only is it valuable for their future lives to either travel or work abroad, but
also
it will help them have healthy brains. Those who claim that developing skills in various
languages
is just useful for a trip or finding a job might not have an educational degree. these days, with the advent of technology knowing a foreign
language
is extremely important to improve communication all around the world and find your career.
that is
not the whole story.
people
who know more than two different
languages
will develop their character and personality. you might be surprised to know how many
people
do neglect
this
fact. It is proven by Froid who is well reputed in Psychology that
people
with the ability to speak more than two
languages
will not suffer from depression. learning will increase their hormones to be happy and vital enough and be away from depression. Above all else, being skilled in speaking a wide range of expressions would make your brain a challenge. You should need to know how to use different words with different meanings.
For instance
, reading a book in another
language
requires you to switch between the right and left sides of your brain. The logical left side, interpret the
language
and analyses the characters, while the right side focuses on the emotional aspects of the written words of the book.
As a result
, you would develop your creativity and your mind will be more fresh in reminding memories. In my opinion, despite all the obstacles we face in our educational system, it should be cultivated to teach children different
languages
through the school. If we provide enough facilities for schools to reach
this
goal, students will be experts and motivated to make their best decision for their future lives.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
