In your letter, describe the problem with the equipment explain how this problem is affecting your work say what you want the shop or company to do
Dear ABC team,
I am writing
this
letter with sheer disappointment about the recent purchases of a WIFI Router from one of your Franchise here at DHA.However
,It's been almost a month that I have been following up on a call to a representative for the solution of an utter problem.Hence
,No help so far.
Firstly
,My job demands a very High-Speed network,Since I work for an online company,Therefore
,The issue has started the very next
day of buying the device,Although
,despite launching a complaint to the shop over the phone about the connecting issue, they asked me to check the Red and Blue light if it is on or off.I switched it on but it did not work.Although
,I found out the machine is not blinking.Imagine how could equipment work If it's not showing a signal?
Nevertheless
,Fifteen days passed by and I told them,In addition
,that I had to submit my Project Report, for ,that I need proper connectivity,Secondly
,Not only did I fail to submit the assignment,my Boss threatened to Fire me from my Job.In fact,Once a Representative visited .I specifically wrote on the visit report that gets this
useless gadget changed.Ever since then
nobody showed up.
Subsequently
,After vigorous follow-ups and grievances,I am forced to write to you directly. However
,all I want is either to change my apparatus else get me a new connection with separate wiring. Lastly
, It would be better if my problem gets resolved within 3 days ,as I have already suffered a lot.If the company does not solve it right away I will surely reach out to the MD of your association and will write about your bad services on social media too.
Looking forward to seeing a response.
Yours Faithfully,
