Nowadays, many people choose to be self-employed,rather than to work for a company or organisation.why might this be the case?what could be the disadvantage of being self-employed?

In
this
modern era, the opportunity for jobs has been decreasing day by day. There are plenty of
individuals
who select their own
business
rather than working for a
company
or
organisation
.I will discuss the problems and the demerits of being their own
business
. To commence,there are many
individuals
who select their own
business
vis-a-vis
work
for a
company
or
organisation
.In modern days,many
individuals
are establishing their own
business
due to a decrease the job opportunity in the whole world. There are a plethora of merits to introducing their own
business
.
Firstly
,
people
are increasing their profits because anyone can not be a part of their gain.
Also
,they are making a better future, for their children and family.
For example
,a survey was conducted by the Indian Government, they had written an article, many
people
had left their job due to increase in cases of coronavirus,
therefore
,
individuals
are spending their own
business
rather than to
work
a
company
or
organisation
.
On the other hand
,there are myriad drawbacks to being self-employed.
First
of all,
people
are not providing
facilities
which are given by the
company
such
as after getting the retirement,
individuals
are not able to get pension and another kind of
facilities
which is provided of special their sexageriatrics. The main factor of working in a
company
,
people
are getting high positions to do better
work
where they have done their
work
.
People
are taking a fixed salary because they have been working for their
company
and
individuals
do not worry about profit and any kind of issues.
For instance
,according to a recent survey, the Tata
Company
has been providing many
facilities
for their workers. They have provided a better future for their families and after ,retirement they have given a large amount of money to their workers. On a concluding note, there are both benefits to
work
as a self-employed and a
company
or
organisation
.Self-employment has been flourishing its profits.While a
company
has provided plenty of
facilities
to their employed.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
