A few companies consider that wearing good attire by their personnel is beneficial to the association whereas some others focus on professionalism rather than dressing. Both views are considerable and in my opinion, the prime focus of a good firm should be on the quality of the work not on staff's attire even though a general guideline should be provided to all about dressings. On one side, entrepreneurs believe that the dressing of their staff affects the success of their business. If the appearance of workers is in executive style, it will impress and provide a positive feel to their trade partners.
