You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter : Explain the importance of paper. Tell them where you think you have forgotten them Suggest a solution.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing regarding the important documents which I left at your hotel
last
evening. It was an annual meeting of my company which was organized in the Platinum Meeting room at your hotel.
Our company organized a kick-off meeting in relation to the new project which was supposed to be bid in next
couple of days. However
, those papers are of utmost importance as they were original contracts which were received from our potential client.
I was sitting at table number 4 which was in the middle of the row. The aforementioned official project documents were in a blue color
file. As the table was small, I kept the file under the seat for some time. Change the spelling
colour
Furthermore
, when I reached home I found that the file went missing. To make the matter worse, those papers have to be evaluated initially
and have to respond to the client in the next
couple of days.
Since we are in short of time, I suggest please check below the above-mentioned table. Else, please check with your lost and found department as they might have collected after the meeting. Considering the condition, I would be grateful if you to contact back urgently on the company’s contact details, so that I can collect from your hotel as soon as possible.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours Sincerely,
