Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to provide the opinions regarding your article related to the
town
centre
of
London
which was published in The Times on 2 May.
First
of all, I completely associate with the data related to the construction of the
town
centre
of
London
, in terms of its architecture, amenities and a few more.
Furthermore
, you mentioned the establishment date
also
correct even though some citizens still date don’t have any clue about it.
Moreover
, one key point you wrote is that all the
town
centres in Britain seem similar to each others’. I do not agree with
this
as our
town
centre
is different in terms of construction. The neighbouring city, Cardiff has old-style construction whereas our one is modern. Beyond that
London
Add a comma
,London
show examples
town
centre
has an underground tube station which brings its unique identity. None other station has
this
type of facilities in the vicinity of their
town
centre
.
Finally
, I would like to offer you one day tour of
London
city so whatever information related to the
town
centre
will be cleared. If you decide to visit my city, please contact me. An open line of communication on
this
matter will greatly help out. Thanks Best regards, David

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
