Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are marries or single. some people say this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Recruiters nowadays ask the interviewee related to their hobbies and interests and about their personal life whether they are married or single.Some people believe that these details may be relevant and useful while others vary.In my opinion,a person should share the facts with the management but there ought to be another section to gather the info.The entrepreneur must interrogate the interest and advanced technology related to the work. Society thinks that they should share their personal info while applying for work.The statement is right,sharing goods will help in many ways,e.g:If you love travelling and you are married too

In my opinion,there must be another sector who gathers information from that person

of employer who is taking interview.The boss should ask about the interest,knowledge related to the job's requirement.So it will be beneficial for both the company and the interviewee.
