More and more qualified people are moving from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people, rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays more and more certified individuals are migrating from poor nations to affluent states to fill up the position of experts in the field of engineering, computing and medicines. Many communities think that motivating the movement of a society is a reason for rich nations to steal from poor society.
Besides
,others say it is common for breadwinners all over the globe. As I
also
agree that people are migrating from one nation to another just for the sake of their interest and love with other region and to earn a lot of money as compare to their kingdom. Presently the majority of consultants in the field of engineering, computing and medicines are migrating from their own nation to different kingdoms. It's because other states are offering them high wages because they need professionals at any cost. But in their own ,motherland they work for a whole day and in return they got nothing.Their monthly salaries are not enough to fulfil the desires of their whole family's livelihood.
Additionally
,individuals are fond of working abroad as they like to stay and earn them and they want to spend their lives there. So they choose the option to migrate from their motherland to any other rich homey that how they can get a better lifestyle and they are able to reach their desires. People who think that rich states are trying to snatch specialists from poor provinces are wrong. Most of them leave their homey for their own sake and to earn more. Others who think that it is just a natural movement are right. In my opinion, the reason for having jobs in other community is a chance for them to enhance to groom and to earn as compared to their own country and for a better life too so that's why they choose to migrate.
