Some people say that parents should encourage their children to take part in organized group activities in their free time. Others say it is important for children to learn how to occupy themselves on their own. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

Recently, there is a new trend for
children
's education method, which is parents support their
children
engaging in extra group activities in their leisure time. Some
people
believe it is essential for the new generations to learn how to be independent
people
. In
this
essay, I will discuss both points of view and offer my own opinion.
Firstly
. It is vital for
children
to learn team working and social skills because the human being is the creature who lives as a group.
Therefore
,
children
should start to learn how to deal with social stuff and work with other
people
while they are still young.
For example
, the baseball game is a great activity for
children
to attend , and they can learn how to work as a team to win the game and through communication with other team members, their social skills will be built .
In contrast
, some parents feel it is a significant process for
children
to learn how to be independent
people
to complete their tasks without assistance from others. Because their parent wants their
children
to be tough
people
and they will have the ability to face any difficulty that may occur in their future.
For example
, there are a lot of pressures in society, especially after they graduated from school. The independent and tough personality may be able to survive under the pressure environment. In conclusion, I stronger believe that, the better education method by according the
children
's personality development to combine of both points of view.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
