Some people say that what children watch on TV influences their behaviour while others say the amount of time children spend watching TV influences their behavious. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In the modern world of today, kids watching
television
is a more than normal thing to do. Yet, watching
television
can have effects on your
children
whether is the programs or the amount of hours they watch. In
this
essay, I will depict my thoughts and give opinions on both statements.
First
of all, there are a plethora of programs on
television
, but not all of them are suitable for
children
. And because of
parents
' lack of carefulness,
children
will accidentally watch shows that are inappropriate for them.
This
will cause the kid to misjudge the information from the shows, thinking it is forgiven to perform
such
.
For instance
, when a
TV
show is broadcasting violent content,
children
who saw it will misjudge content when there is no adult supervision, and think that action is allowed.
Thus
,
this
could influence ones' child's behaviour.
Secondly
, the amount of
time
letting
children
watch
TV
will
also
be an inappropriate action for the
parents
. When
children
are getting noisy or impatient,
parents
tend to use
TV
as a distraction. But adults almost always forget
time
, and accidentally let their kids watch too long of
television
.
This
poor responsibility will result in
children
being lack in paying attention to everything. There is a scientific analysis report supporting the statement above. The analytical report has defined, when kids are watching a long period of
television
, it will affect their behaviour. In conclusion, the behaviour of the
children
will be affected by both type and duration of
time
of watching
television
.
Therefore
parents
should take responsibility for the selection of
TV
programs and
TV
watching
time
management.
