The given pie charts illustrate the distribution of
time
 spent per mobile shopping category between December 2011 and December 2012. Overall, people spend the majority of their
time
 on the online marketplace in 2010, while there was the highest of
time
 spent on retailers in 2012. According to the pie charts, in 2011, the Online marketplace indicated the majority of
time
 spent,with about 25%,higher than that of other sectors by around one and a half times. The figure dropped moderately to 20% in 2012.
Similarly
. There was a downward trend in both Daily deals and purchase Assistant
time
 spending rates, dropping by 7% to 13% in 2012 in the former and falling by only 1% to 17% in the latter a year later.
On the contrary
, there was a sharp increase in the number of retailers, between 2011 to 2012, rising from only 15% to 27%, making it was the most popular sector of
time
 spent.
Likewise
, the other sectors experienced a slight growth from 8% to 9% for the period.
