Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently bought from your shop and it seems to be encountered some issue while functioning. on the 20th , of March I picked a brand new wireless headphone compatible with a laptop from your computer and allied equipment department.

Firstly

it was quite complex to feed the desired drivers in order to operate it and when I succeeded the mic has not exertion properly

sometimes the vocals from headphones is not swift and hearable due to poor material being used. I would let you know that I have been working virtually from home

therefore

I have to take part in the meeting session often in order to accomplish tasks and duties and to provide valuable input that was not possible due to

spoiled product as well it would adversely affect my job routine.
