Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Jason Andrews, I am a QNB credit cardholder currently residing in Doha, and I have recently requested a card for me to be able to purchase items online.
However
, I am writing today to inform you that I have received suspicious transactions listed on my bank statement. I can assure you that these transactions are not purchased by me, as it says in the shipping address from all the purchases it's currently being delivered to India. It had led me to believe that someone has hacked into my account, I would like to ask someone to investigate

and hopefully be able to retrieve back the money that I have lost.
Additionally

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
