Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to check for an update on my package which had documents that have not reached my Burlington office in Ontario. The envelope was given to the staff at the DHL station in Saskatoon and the delivery time was estimated as 3 working days. It is over a week and my document has not been delivered to the given address. I called DHL and they ask me to check my delivery status using my airway bill number. The update on your website confirms delivery by my Toronto office but no staff member seems to have received anything from DHL. The package has important company contracts that have been signed. It has had some legal documents on our tenders and details are highly confidential. The size of my envelope is about the A4 size paper. I am requesting you to kindly help me track on who it has been delivered to at my office and it is rather urgent. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, S Thakkar
