You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter say where you think you left the papers explain why they are so important tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I left some papers at you your hotel
last
Thursday, February 21st. Let me start by mentioning the location of my belongings, which is in your conference room, on the
third
floor. I had a meeting there with one of my clients to discuss a possible new project with them.
Although
I remembering put them on a chair close to me, I do not have my memory of taking them after. With regards to the importance of these papers, they contain very detailed information on the project itself, including monetary values, as well as statistics measures about it.
However
, they do not contain any information that might be of any threat, only content on how to address the initial steps of the project.
Finally
, I would appreciate it if you could kindly keep them until
next
week when I will be returning to town. In
this
way, I can go to your hotel to get them, stead of having to create the info of the papers from scratch. Thank you for your time and consideration. Yours faithfully, Christina Smith
