You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter: 1)describe the problem with the equipment 2)explain what happened when you phoned the shop 3)say what you would like the manager to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently bought an electric rice cooker from your shop. I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction that the equipment did not work and when I called your customer care for the assistance they did not respond well.
I bought the 'Mini's Cook Well' - electric rice cooker on Apr 10th 2022. Firstly
, when I plugged in there was an electric shock with fumes and it stopped working. In addition
to that, I notice that there were quite a few scratches on the back panel.
I gave a call to the customer care number given in the instruction leaflet provided along with the cooker, but the support assistant wasn't able to provide enough information if I would be given a replacement.
Given the aforementioned list of issues with the equipment, I would like you to provide a full refund. The purchase order number is PRAPR102022.I am hereby attaching a copy of the purchase bill for your reference.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely
