You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect. Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter Correct the information in the article Explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information. Suggest what the magazine should do about this situation. Write at lease 150 words.

Dear Sir, My name is Edward Bonny and I am a regular reader of your travel magazine "Safari". I am writing
this
letter to draw your kind attention to something which I think is inaccurate in the magazine.
Firstly
, I am extremely amazed at the content of the magazine.
However
, I found some information
that is
not correct about my city Bangalore. Recently, I read that the population of my city is one million which is wrong statistics. In fact, the population in my city is one billion. I propound that the basic details in any literature should be accurate since these details are the dominant source of general awareness to the readers. To overcome
this
situation, I think it would be better to publish precise details in the
next
edition which will not only correct the content but
also
generate a good reputation for publishing facts. I hope you will find
this
letter helpful and I am looking forward to reading your
next
edition. Yours Faithfully, Edward Bonny

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
