What uniforms should be used by employees has always been a subject of debate among

idea of only focusing on the quality of the work regardless of the uniform worn. The company has to show an image to the society, which is represented by many factors. Some

might not have

sense of group and image which sometimes leads them not to be concerned about using a business attire.

Furthermore

, they tend to use their individual results to prove that the dress is not essential.

Companies

as Google and Facebook are famous for not having any mandatory rules about clothing.

think that they are allowed to care only about the results

instead

' needs. In reality, clothing is not only about wearing something to go to work but

to show how vital and professional

company is.

Besides

that, In business meetings, wearing clothes based on comfort might trigger a sense of informality among the employees and the

as well, which will never be desirable for the company.

that have some regulated uniforms with suits and ties give the

a sense of professionalism and expertness and make the

clients

be comfortable with making deals with them.

Therefore

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:
