Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time and have health problems as a result. Why do so many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

Exercising or practising yoga is healthy for our mind and body. According to the surveys, it has been found people not exercising are the ones which get health problems. A lot of individuals in the world are so busy with their daily life that they are not able to spend much time in them. People are not able to spend their clock in it because they are so busy with travelling, working long hours in the office and
then
travelling back home and being with loved ones. On average, a person spends 15-16 hours in the above categories. Their body and mind are exhausted after
such
a long day and do not have any motivation left for going to the gym. A person who is not married is taken for granted and expected to work more which is insane. Approximately, they work 1-3 hours more than other employees. There are many solutions to
this
problem.
First
, the government should enforce existing and bring new labour laws.
Secondly
, employees have to start saying No. It has been said that saying No is negative but sometimes saying it is necessary.
Otherwise
, the employer will take individuals for granted to work more.
In addition
to it, people should encircle themselves with motivated friends and family who spend some time every day for their body and mind.
Last
but not the least, the government should put advertisements for it so that everyone is aware of their rights. These rights should be taught in school. Henceforth, I think if the above suggestions are implemented
then
we might see a change in the society and current mentality of working for so long.
