 the right decision to deal with all Conditions is patience and accepted that represent what some people think about uncomfortable Situations.
On the other hand
 in some positions people think that it has not to agree with a complex Situation and they should try to do and enhance it, many employers around the world could Change and fix the situation using meetings with those who have power and control for that all Uncomfortable conditions will change. In my opinion, both sides have a side of truth but the main point is not just truth but it depends on the people, it must not be a terrible case for any human and those who have control should do as much as they can to change any bad situations because if they don't do anything, I think the cons will be more the pros.
