Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Olivia, I am a customer of the bank where you work. I am contacting you because I have a problem with my new credit

. I initiated the process to have the new one

 week and today I received a letter from you where the

 must be inside. But it is not there. The letter has some damages and a corner broken. I am not sure about what happened but I think that we have to decide to cancel it because I do not know if

 was stolen or forgotten. I will be quieter with my account and my money if we would do it.

  • Paragraph 3 - Second supporting paragraph
    • Sentence 1 - Topic sentence
    • Sentence 2 - Example
    • Sentence 3 - Discussion
    • Sentence 4 - Conclusion
  • Paragraph 4 - Conclusion
    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
