You recently received a letter from your bank that should have contained a new credit card. Unfortunately, the card was not in the letter.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Olivia, I am a customer of the bank where you work. I am contacting you because I have a problem with my new credit
card
. I initiated the process to have the new one
last
week and today I received a letter from you where the
card
must be inside. But it is not there. The letter has some damages and a corner broken. I am not sure about what happened but I think that we have to decide to cancel it because I do not know if
this
card
was stolen or forgotten. I will be quieter with my account and my money if we would do it.
Also
, I would like to know what it is in the
next
step. I need my new credit
card
as soon as possible so when can I have it? I am looking forward to knowing from you. Thank you for your attention.
