In your letter : * When you travelled and why the train departed late * What happened as a result * How you feel about the problem
Dear Sir ,
I am writing
this
epistle to seek your kind attention towards an incident that I happened last
week. I am a resident of Jalandhar and travel through the main railway station
regularly.Last
Monday I was having an interview scheduled in Ludhiana at 9 a.m and in line with it I booked a ticket for 7 a.m Intercity-Express but to my utter shock , the train
did not arrive at the platform on time
.
Consequently
, when I enquired for the same from the station
master , he told me that the train
was rescheduled due to some problems on the track which is under maintenance and would depart with a delay of 30 minutes. As a result
, the train
reached my destination post the scheduled time
and I was not able to reach my interview on time
much-awaited awaited job position was given to someone else. This
led to a big blow to my carrier and life goals.
Though I am a very old traveller through this
station
this
time
I do have to express my dissatisfaction with the station
staff because of such
a careless attitude towards the repair activities
which should have been done before time
. I shall be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and try to make sure that that this
kind of circumstances will not occur in future as this
is the most important and essential means of transport for all of us and every person book his /her calendar matching the train
timings.
In the ,
end I would like to thank you for your Remove the comma
apply
time
.
Yours faithfully
