Write a letter to your local council that the road in front of your house is damaged. In your letter, you should: tell him your name and where you are living describe the problem suggest what you want him to do for it.

Dear Sir/Madam
This
complaint is with regards to the broken
road
right outside of my house.
This
track is damaged for the past 2 months and no action has been taken from the local authorities yet. I am Hansa Pandit residing on 11th park street. My house address is A-11 which is situated about 150 meters from the community park.
This
pathway got potholes after the rain a few months back. Since it is very close to the community park there are a lot of old age people and kids who pass by
this
road
and it is very dangerous as the potholes are growing deeper and deeper with time. Yesterday, a kid fell off while cycling, we needed to take him to the hospital immediately and he got 3 stitches. I would like you to take immediate action to fix the
road
as it can lead to more accidents. While you make preparations for fixing the
road
, it would be very helpful if you could block
this
part of the
road
immediately, so there are no more accidents. I hope you will take the necessary steps as early as possible. Yours faithfully Hansy
