I am writing from Loreal to highlight some concerns regarding a recent corporate event that you managed for us at Hotel Indiana from the 11th to the 15th of May.

company gathering was our annual Strategy days meeting which is very crucial for our business. Each day we had some technical presentations and discussions for 4 hours in the banquet hall 2. As communicated with you a strong internet connection was one of the

first

requirements. We found the hotel services very unprofessional. Their wifi connection was extremely poor due to which we could not communicate with our remote employees and clients. Due to

this

, we couldn’t conduct our gathering the way we wanted it to be and we had to leave out so many things. I would like you to take appropriate action and

also

provide us with some refund amount as our requirements were not met completely.
