Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

letter to express my dissatisfaction with the non-response to my letter dated 16.01.2022 about complaining about the unacceptable behaviour of your staff during my recent ride

week. I expect a fair reply from a reputed firm to address the customer complaints within a stipulated time as mentioned in your terms and conditions.

However

, I feel discomfortable travelling safely with your esteemed tour

anymore. The incident took place when I booked a taxi for commuting to my office where the

reached by half an hour late. I politely asked the

to pick up my friend which was three kilometres reroute from the actual path and he demanded an extra fare of Rs. 300 which I agreed upon. Surprisingly when we reached our office he handout the fare receipt with additional Rs 1000 and which ended up in arguments and misbehaviour. I would like the

to make an immediate note of

this

driver

Mr Kumar with vehicle KL-05 AF 7969, he should be morally suspended from work as a misbehaviour punishment.

Also

to avoid any

situations in future.
