Full-time university students spend a lot of time studying. Some say they should be involved in other activities as well. What extent do yoy agree or disagree!

Higher education in colleges and academics requires hard work and a lot of effort.
That is
why many students try to study end-to-end time.
However
, certain individuals consider that youngsters should stick to an active lifestyle too. I completely agree with
this
point of view and
this
essay will determine the argument. On the one hand, it is well-known that supporting good marks at the university really not easy.
First
of all educational performance could bring them some benefits,
such
as additional scholarships, discounts for fee-paying students and bonuses.
Moreover
, a high academic average will bring them opportunities to find a suitable working place in successful corporations with handsome salaries.
Therefore
every student spends a big part of their day preparing for the lessons, tests and examinations and wants to receive the best score.
For example
, medical students cannot afford themselves be lazy, unresponsive and waste their valuable time.
On the other hand
, physical activities are necessary for all young even if they are overloaded with homework and deals. It is clear that permanent tension , pressure and hyper responsibility can lead to emotional burn-out.
Consequently
, children should be involved in other activities like fitness, jogging, swimming or playing other sports too.
In addition
, family and friends gatherings with common interests can
also
help them to do rest.
For instance
, yoga or stretching is always useful for both physical and mental health. It is helpful to turn aside lessons and relieve stress. In conclusion, it is impossible to avoid general practices and give application to study, but the young should
also
do some movements or have a time with their closes. Personally, I totally agree with
this
statement and think it offers invaluable opportunities to them.
